Return, Refund & Shipping Policy

1) Return & Refund Policy for Export Goods : Due to the nature of our business as a bulk exporter of construction materials (gypsum boards and aluminum channels), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following reasons:
Customized Orders: Products are often sourced or prepared according to your specific project requirements and quantities.
International Shipping Logistics: The complexity and cost of international freight, customs, and handling make returns economically unviable.
Product Characteristics: Construction materials are susceptible to damage during transit if not handled as per the shipping terms.
2) Order Cancellations :
Order cancellations are only accepted if requested within 24 hours of order confirmation and before the shipment has been processed for dispatch. Once an order has entered the logistics chain, it cannot be cancelled.
3) Shipping & Delivery : Quotes: Shipping costs (freight, insurance, customs duties) are not included in the initial product price and will be detailed in your final quotation.
Incoterms: All international shipments will be governed by specific International Commercial Terms (Incoterms), such as FOB (Free On Board) Jebel Ali or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight), which will be clearly stated in the sales contract. This defines the point at which risk and responsibility transfer from Exclusive Goods to you, the buyer.
Title and Risk: Title and risk of loss for all products you order passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier at the port of shipment, as per the agreed
4) Damaged Goods : You must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt at the destination port. Any claims for damage during transit must be filed directly with the shipping insurance carrier, as per the terms of the insurance policy and the agreed Incoterms. We will provide all necessary documentation to support your claim.
